Dear Proctor Penguins and Families,

I hope everyone had a restful and relaxing few days over Thanksgiving. As we head into the quick stretch between now and our December break, I want to highlight an upcoming opportunity for families.

This Wednesday at 6:00 pm, Math Specialists and our Curriculum Coordinator will host a Caregiver Math Information Night at Lincoln Street School for anyone interested in learning more about our new K–5 math curriculum, Eureka Math². The flyer is attached and the picture above has all the details.

When parents and caregivers understand what their children are learning and how the curriculum is structured, it truly helps. Kids feel more supported, families feel more confident jumping in at home, and it strengthens the home–school partnership that makes such a difference for our students.
If you’re able to join, we’d love to see you there.

Thank you, as always, for your continued partnership and for all you do to support our Proctor Penguins.

This weekly newsletter will outline the following updates:
  • Save the Date
  • Math Curriculum Parent/ Caregiver Info Session- Flyer Attached
  • 5th Grade Tech Evening
  • MLK Event- Flyer Attached
  • Family Resources
