Dear Proctor Penguins and Families,

It was another wonderful week here at Proctor School, and you can really feel the shift as we begin to ease into all the excitement that spring brings. There is a lot to look forward to in the weeks ahead!

As a reminder, next week is April Break (4/20-2/24), so there will be no school in session. We hope this time allows your family a chance to slow down a bit and recharge.

When we return, we will hit the ground running with Math MCAS. You will find the schedule below, and we are so appreciative of your partnership in helping students come in feeling rested, confident, and ready to do their very best.

We also wanted to remind you to complete the placement information form if you would like to share input as we begin planning for next school year. Your voice is an important part of this process, and we are grateful for the insight you provide.

As always, thank you for your partnership and for being such an important part of our Proctor community. Together we live the Penguin Way by taking care of ourselves, each other, and our school.

This weekly newsletter will outline the following updates:
  • Save the Date
  • EPI School Supply Kit Ordering
  • 5th Grade Events
  • Whitsons Food Service Caregiver Feedback Form
  • 26-27 placement info form
  • UniPay

Whitsons Food Service Survey

We would value your feedback on our ditrict's food service program- Whitsons. Your perspective plays an important role in helping us continue to improve the meals and overall dining experience for our students.
If you’re able, please take a few minutes to complete this brief survey by scanning the QR code or using the link below:

Every response makes a difference, and we genuinely appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts. Your input helps us better support our students and families each day.

2026-2027 Student Placement Feedback Form

Parents and caregivers of students currently in grades K–4 are invited to share input to support the class placement process by completing the following Google Form by Friday, April 24.

We value your perspective and appreciate any insights you can share about your child as a learner. This might include educational, medical, social, or emotional factors that you feel would be helpful for us to consider as we begin planning for next year.

As part of a thoughtful and balanced process, we are not able to accommodate requests for specific teachers or guarantee placement with friends. Our goal is to create classroom communities where all students feel supported, connected, and set up for success, and your input is one important part of that process.

If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to Mrs. Mahoney. Please also note that the information shared on this form will be reviewed by classroom teachers, as they are an important part of the placement process.

Thank you for your partnership and support.

Field Trip Payments Through UniPay

We are excited to continue offering field trip experiences for our students this spring. To help streamline the process, all field trip payments are completed through UniPay for all schools throughout the district.

How to access UniPay:
  • Visit the district website or HERE
  • Click on the UniPay link (often listed under Families or Quick Links)
  • Select Proctor School
  • Choose your child’s field trip from the list
  • Enter your child’s name and grade, then complete payment

If you have used UniPay before, you can log in with your existing account. If not, you can check out as a guest or create an account for future use.

Why we use UniPay:
Using UniPay helps us keep things organized, secure, and efficient. It allows us to:
  • Track payments accurately for each student
  • Reduce the need for cash or checks coming into school
  • Ensure funds are processed quickly so we can confirm trips and reservations
We know online systems can sometimes feel like an extra step, and we appreciate your support in helping us manage this process smoothly.

If you have any difficulty accessing UniPay or prefer an alternative option, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We are always happy to help.
