Dear Proctor Penguins and Families,

Happy Mother’s Day weekend to all who celebrate! I hope our Proctor moms, grandmothers, caregivers, and families were able to enjoy some special moments this weekend and feel appreciated for all that you do each and every day for our students.

Spring at Proctor continues to be busy in the best way, and we have another full week ahead. Tomorrow our Grade 5 students will take STE MCAS, and on Wednesday our kindergarten students are excited to head off on their field trip.

There is so much happening across our building right now, and we are grateful for the continued partnership, support, and energy that our families bring to our school community each day. Together we live the Penguin Way by taking care of ourselves, each other, and our school.

This weekly newsletter will outline the following updates:
  • Save the Date
  • Go the Distance Award Proctor Nominees
  • NEDP Registration
  • Yearbook Ordering
  • EPI School Supply Kit Ordering
  • 5th Grade Events/ Car Wash (flyer attached)
  • UniPay
  • Family Resources

  • NSPAC

Wishing everyone a great week ahead!

Respectfully,
Stacy Mahoney and the Proctor Team

EPI School Supply Kit Ordering

We’re excited to share that Proctor is once again partnering with EPI for our 2026–2027 school supply kits! This is a convenient option for families looking to save time and ensure students have exactly what they need for the start of the school year.

Each kit is customized by grade level and will be delivered directly to your child’s classroom before the first day of school.
Orders can be placed online through June 16th at:

School ID: PRO112

If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to Diane Webster or Jennifer Garron.

Yearbook Ordering Happening Now

It’s time to order your 2025–2026 Proctor yearbook. Orders are due by May 12, and each book is $25. Families can place an order online using the information provided in the flyer. If you are unsure whether you have already ordered, there is an option to search by email before checking out.

Also, see attachment for more information.

Field Trip Payments Through UniPay

We are excited to continue offering field trip experiences for our students this spring. To help streamline the process, all field trip payments are completed through UniPay for all schools throughout the district.

How to access UniPay:
  • Visit the district website or HERE
  • Click on the UniPay link (often listed under Families or Quick Links)
  • Select Proctor School
  • Choose your child’s field trip from the list
  • Enter your child’s name and grade, then complete payment

If you have used UniPay before, you can log in with your existing account. If not, you can check out as a guest or create an account for future use.

Why we use UniPay:
Using UniPay helps us keep things organized, secure, and efficient. It allows us to:
  • Track payments accurately for each student
  • Reduce the need for cash or checks coming into school
  • Ensure funds are processed quickly so we can confirm trips and reservations
We know online systems can sometimes feel like an extra step, and we appreciate your support in helping us manage this process smoothly.

If you have any difficulty accessing UniPay or prefer an alternative option, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We are always happy to help.
